With
semi-way between Troyes and the Champagne Vineyard of the
"Coast of the Bar", in Fouchères more exactly,
Cyrille and Edith Micard accomodate you within the peaceful
picture of the edge of the Seine. |

| The
inn crossed the times, the building by itself remembers at the
same time these guinguettes that one sang in the Thirties as
one can find there the nostalgia of the gastronomical relays
which made the beautiful days of the "road of the
holidays" of the Sixties. |

Since
2001, Edith and Cyrille Micard, the owners of the places gave
the Inn with nine whole while preserving the intimate and
felted picture which had made its beautiful days.

The
first room, with the decoration of an inn of tradition, with
its ceiling in visible beam, its thick fitted carpet, and its
chairs of velvet can accomodate until 40 forks and spoons.
The other, smaller, of "marine" pace, near to a
charming patio open on the Seine can accomodate a reception of
18 guests.
As for the splendid shaded terrace overhanging the river, it
from now on is covered in order to benefit all the year from
the edge of water.

With
the exit of your meal, the user-friendliness of the small show
enables you to continue a discussion between friends and to benefit
from the great choice which the cellar with cigars proposes.
It's the gastronomical critic Jean-Luc Petitrenaud, which is the
first to have quoted the culinary talents of Cyrille within his inn,
and, of not to doubt, it does nothing but open the ball...
